Delaware Division of Corporations Employee Recognition Event

On Friday, May 6, 2022, the Delaware Secretary of State – Division of Corporations will be having their Employee Recognition event. The staff will only be available from 8:00 AM c 10:30 AM on that day.

State services have been altered:

There will be no “Same Day” or “Must Approval” service filings after 10:30 AM (ET) on that day.

All 30 Minute, One-Hour and Two-Hour service filings will need to be received by 9:00 AM (ET). 24-Hour service must be received by 12 noon.

To meet these deadlines, Incserv must receive all filings AT LEAST 15 MINUTES before the Delaware SOS corresponding cut-off times.

We will be able to secure filing dates and times until the end of the business day.

Emancipation Day – April 15th

All District of Columbia government offices are closed on Friday, April 15th in observance of Emancipation Day. Although our Washington, DC office will be open during regular business hours, DC specific services are limited.

The following District services will be available: UCC searches with copy retrieval, corporate status searches and name availability.

The following District services will not be available: corporate filings, document retrievals, business license services, UCC filings, apostilles and notary certifications.

Federal Agency and Foreign Embassy services are not affected by this closing.

Good Friday – April 15, 2022

On Friday, April 15th, some jurisdictions will be closed in observance of Good Friday. However, Incserv will be open and available between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (ET).

Incserv has electronic access to many jurisdictions and will be able to perform electronic searches, filings and document retrievals, as such access allows.
