Beneficial Ownership Reporting Requirements are Coming
Late last year, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) proposed the implementation of the beneficial ownership information reporting provisions of the Corporate Transparency Act, a bill designed to address “the disclosure of corporate ownership and the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism” (Congress.gov).
