Hurricane Matthew Affects the Lower East Coast

South Carolina Secretary of State Closed

TheSouth Carolina South Carolina Secretary of State is closed today due to flooding conditions in the area. Many counties are also closed for the same reasons. At this time, it looks as though the Secretary of State and surrounding county offices will be closed for a few more days.
