The Georgia Secretary of State (GA SOS) is proud to announce they will be implementing their new Corporations Processing System. What does this mean for you? The GA SOS will be taking down their online system at 4:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, June 25th and will not be processing any work on Friday, June 26th.
